Comment: I met with Div 11 DEO and Roadside staff to review NPDES records and SDOs. I reviewed 11 weeks
of records and 3 SDOs. Records were completed, signed and weekly inspections conducted. A rain
gage is on site. A stream diversion was in place including a sump pump and silt bag at the outlet to
capture dirty water. Excavated material was temporarily covered and seeded. Overall, site looked to be
in good order including record keeping.
