Applicant: M &M Development Inc.
Project Location: Carteret County, Wetherington Landing Rd., adjacent to the White Oak
River, in the community of Stella.
Proposed Project: Proposes to construct two private /community 10 -slip docking facilities with
fish cleaning stations, 4 platforms, 12 finger piers, 20 boatlifts, and 2 earthen
pathways.
