On August 31, 2023, Dorothy M Robson of the Raleigh Regional Office reviewed the 2022 Land Application
Annual Report for permit WQ0038580. The report was received February 28, 2023. The report was
prepared by EMA Resources.
According to the report, the Town of Hillsborough WTF was not in operation and did not produce biosolids
in 2022.
There were no significant issues or findings noted in the report review and therefore, a response to this
