We inspected all areas that were non -compliant from the previous inspection. Present for EnvioLink was Andrew White, Michelle Pharr, David Pharr. The four pump stations were inspected, see below for more details. Pump Station A is not working and is having the pump truck, owned by Envirolink, pump the station down two times per day and taking it to the plant. Pump Station B was observed with lots of grease. Pump Station C appeared to have one bypass pump working. Pump Station D is located on Perry Drive and Venus Court. It was not working during inspection. They said they were manually pumping at this station. It appears that all pump stations have a type of temporary pump and float system that is not permitted for these stations or the pump stations was not working. Mr. White stated that the pump stations were all going to be rehabbed/replaced in the new year. Mr. White is going to investigate whether or not a permit would be required for the work to be performed. The area surrounding a sewer manhole located on David Drive was sunk below the road surface and had not been repair. This was also documented in 2018 and in the last inspection. The condition of this manhole and associated piping needs to be inspected to verify its structural integrity. In the previous inspection, the water leak at David Drive and Planet Court appeared to have been repaired. Also, the complaint at 186 Ivon Drive appeared to have been repaired. The facility is still in noncompliance. The permittee needs to make the corrections to bring the facility into compliance. Please notify our office when the corrections are to be made! If there are questions about permitting, let us know so we can help.
