Please find attached the Initial Credit Release letter for the RES Yadkin 01 Umbrella Mitigation Bank: Green Mesa Mitigation Site (SAW-2017-01466). As requested, 15% of restoration and
enhancement stream credit, as well as, 100% of preservation stream credit is being released for satisfying the initial release requirements pursuant to the Mitigation Banking Instrument
(UMBI) entitled, Agreement to Establish the RES Yadkin 01 Umbrella Mitigation Bank approved November 23, 2019 and the Green Mesa site-specific mitigation plan dated June 2019.

Make sure you include a ledger with your as-built submittal and that appropriate financial assurance bond timelines are being kept up with.
