As a current resident of Wanchese, I do not agree with the project "The Vlllage at Old Warf Road".
Our community will be negativly impacted with increased traffic. The proposed property is located at a very busy
corner.
The project will negativly impact the enviroment in many ways.
The developer's stormwater management system needs objective and professional scrutiny.
The impact of filling the wetlands within the parcels and the planned clear cutting of 10 acres of the mature pine
forest on the parcel is not well comprehended and fails to consider the historical hydrogeology of the area.
