The activity below the ordinary high water mark would be as described in 4i: "Using a Bobcat or front
loader and working primarily from the top side of the riverbank, install four (4) loads of Class B stone,

I did receive an email telling me it had been assigned to you.

The original application was in late June. It did not include the per-meetong request. I then obtained the pre -meeting
request conformation, (which I understand is just a formaility because it is not required in NC.) I was advised I needed to
resubmit after 30 days. I Resubmitted July 30, and received a confirmation.
A few days later, I received notice that one box re: impacts had been missed. I emailed clarification, and on Aug 4th, Sheri
Montalvo said she would fix that for me.
Can you advise when we can expect approval?
