Dear Mr. Bryan:
Per your email yesterday, Duke Energy Progress is wishing to purchase approximately 0.23 non -
riparian wetland credits from my client's (Weyerhaeuser NR) Brice Creek Mitigation Bank. The
purchase price will be SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AN FIFTY DOLLARS ($76,150.00)
per credit for a total purchase price of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND FOURTEEN
DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($17,514.50). My client is willing to reserve the 0.23 credits without a
cash deposit until October 31, 2023. After October 31st, my client will consider the sale cancelled
unless Duke Energy Progress makes prior arranges for the extension of this reservation letter.
If in agreement with the terms of this letter, please have your client sign and send back to me at
their earliest convenience.
