The purchase price will be SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AN FIFTY DOLLARS ($76,150.00) per credit for a total purchase price of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND FOURTEEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($17,514.50). My client is willing to reserve the 0.23 credits without a cash deposit until October 31, 2023. After October 31st, my client will consider the sale cancelled unless Duke Energy Progress makes prior arranges for the extension of this reservation letter.
