current wooden seawall is caving in- dock is rotted and unsafe - we need to update them both asap

we would like to replace the wood seawall with riprap - we would like to repair and modify dock to make it larger about 1000 sq ft
with jet ski lifts, small storage unit, covered area and small floating dock section.
