#W10700012 and the Tank Farm Remedial Action Plan. This report includes the sampling and reporting
requirements of the above referenced permit as well as the reporting requirements of the Tank Farm Remedial
Action Plan. Enclosed are a) piezometer level monitoring field sheets, b) the operation and maintenance
reports.

QUARTERLY OPERATIONAL AND MAINTENANCE REPORT FOR THE INJECTION AND
WITHDRAWAL WATER WELLS
May 2023 — July 2023
The Tank Farm Remediation System consists of a series of seven- (7) injection water wells located on the
south side of the Tank Farm Area and a series of fourteen (14) withdrawal water wells located on the north
side of the Tank Farm Area.
Infection Water Well Svstem
The injection water well system is operated with mine depressurization water (DPW).
Daily operational data is collected by the Shipping Department and reported to the Environmental Affairs
Department. The total monthly and quarterly volumes of water injected as well as the month end water level
in the Water Level Control Tank are:

Withdrawal Well Svstem
The withdrawal water well pumps are monitored daily by the area Maintenance Department and preventative
maintenance work is performed as needed. The total monthly and quarterly withdrawal water volumes for
