there is no way that this project can contain all of its storm water on site. i also do not believe that the sewage
treatment will be sufficient especially in case of an extended power outage after a storm. we do not need to end
up with a failed sewage system pouring untreated waste onto the ground and then into the sound. this has
already happened on hatteras island with another private sewage treatment plant. thank you rosanna gusler
