Horrible idea! Drainage, flooding, displacement of wildlife, sewage... will all be profound issues and impacts. That
section already floods terribly. Ask the neighbor. Nothing affordable about them. They will be built half assed..you
should already know this. I hope they sit empty for all of eternity so the greedy doesn't get richer while the
normal people of Wanchese get poorer. Do better Dare County!
