Dear Sir/Madam,
Per the current regulations, we are filing a Pre -filing meeting request for the above -referenced project, located in Monroe, NC.
On behalf of South East Land Investments, CWS will be submitting a Pre -Construction Notification pursuant to Nationwide Permit Nos.
29 and 39 to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality for proposed impacts to the
jurisdictional waters of the U.S. associated with the proposed mixed use development. The proposed impacts consist of one stream
crossing for a road (-70 If) and one wetland fill for the parking lot (— 0.14 ac.). The preliminary site plan is attached.
