Brooks Sherman and Robbie Bullock visited the site on August 29th, 2023. Facility was kept neat and
clean, however they did not have paper copies of lab results on site, pH meter was not
operational/present and they had not submitted eDMR's at all for 2023 yet. After talking with On -site
supervisor Felipe Ortiz, he seemed to be taking required samples and submitting them to a lab, but
the owner was not submitting those results. We called the owner, Thomas Tsiaras, and he agreed to
submit the late DMR's along with working with Felipe to have him submit DMR's and retain paper
copies as well as get the on -site pH meter operational.
