Yoe are not allowed to remove any trees larger than 3" caliper in Zone 1 of the buffer except for those trees along the shoreline that are undercut and need to be removed to do the shoreline stabilization. Zone 1 is measured from the high-water mark of Lake Wylie landward 30'. • Please clarify on how only 400 square feet of disturbance will occur below the high- water line • Please provide photographs of the existing conditions along the shoreline Let me know if you have any questions. Hi Michael this is Andrea Wagner inquiring about the Wagner retaining wall project. You had sent forms for us to fill out and I returned the forms. I haven't heard anything since then. I signed the agent form for Wes Bradley to be our agent. I also signed the buffer form and I believe Wes submitted some sketches. What are we missing? This is just for wall replacement because our current retaining wall is failing. We are not changing anything as far as the property lines are moving any trees or anything.
