7. Describe proposed work (include discussion as to how hardening of shoreline has been avoided, or
why it is necessary):
Push down existing rip rap on shoreline. Reshape and re -slope bank, install matting and install fresh layer of class "B" rip rap to
refurbish shoreline. Remove existing, damaged 60' x 10' concrete boat ramp and replace with new concrete boat ramp. New boat
ramp will be within the same footprint as existing. Approx. 25' of boat ramp is below full pond and 35' is above.

Grass buffer, remove only small, undermined treesibrush on immediate shoreline necessary to properly stabilize bank. Minimal
disturbance to buffer, access corridor will be restored to original condition once project is completed.

application fee is as follows (pursuant to G.S. 143-215.3D):

o $570.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of greater or equal to 1 acre
