Inspection Summary:
I recommend issuance of NCG190112 for SIC 373 (submitted with check#6022), for the Boat Basin of the Marine
Construction operations.
Note: Check#6021 was submitted as a seperate marina NOI, for the Wharf Landing Condo Boat Slip rental basin with sewer
pump out, and trash service, with a SIC of 4493 which requires that another permit number be assigned for the adjacent
marina activities.
The initial inspection was on 4/1/2020. The questions on the next page of this report highlight/summarize the permit
requirements.
