This permit included "All" of the gravity main and flow for buildings 3 and 4 only (included swimming pool backwash). Two other buildings, numbers 1 and 2 were omitted for permitting of flow due to limited Town of Fuquay-Varina (ToFV) pump station capacities downstream. Construction of the permitted 8-inch gravity main is complete and inspected by ToFV. As Built and Engineer's Certification are currently pending but will be submitted later this year. The purpose of this modification is to request the balance of wastewater flow for the remaining 2 buildings (Nos.1 and 2). The ToFV has approved going forward with this balance of flow request and provided signed applications. The site is located on the west side of US 401 north of ToFV and opposite the Wake Community College South Campus. The site is better described as Wake Co. Certification Statement: I Michael Wagner certify to the best of my knowledge that the addition of the volume of wastewater to be permitted in this project has been evaluated along the route to the receiving wastewater treatment facility and that the flow from this project is not anticipated to cause any capacity related sanitary sewer overflows or overburden any downstream pump station en route to the receiving treatment plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation of the planned improvements identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This analysis has been performed in accordance with local established policies and procedures using the best available data. This certification applies to those items listed above in Sections I and II plus all attached planning assessment addendums for which I am the responsible party. The letter requests approval of a residential flow value of 220 GPD/residence for these dwellings. The information provided water use information for 2000 and actual daily waste water flow recordings for their peak month of May. Other supporting data was provided. The evaluation covered 90 homes that are representative of the subdivisions in Fuquay-Varina in accordance with 15A NCAC 2H .02190)(3). Based on the information submitted. the Division hereby approves the use of 75 GPD per bedroom per dwelling for residential units (225 GPD per three bedroom home) in all applicable non -discharge permit applications for future sewer line extensions and present, but not yet tributary projects for the Town of Fuquay- Varina. The Division did note that the average flow per residence in February 2000 was 271 GPD.
