It's been a while, but that's doesn't mean the problem is fixed ...
The noise is much better; thank you for that.
But the smell !!
Please please please ... tonight is absolutely terrible.
If I had to report it every time I smell it, you would have overflowing inboxes.
But I guess if I don't report it, nothing happens..
So in future I will simply reply all every time I smell it.
Please let me know if this issue does not really apply to you in your current job spec.
The smell is a smell that would cause an instant divorce in the average house it it was smelt in the bedroom
when mom and dad are going to sleep !! You get me ?
Really not good.

1. 1 don't see any admission that you agree that there is a problem
that is caused by the plant.
2. 1 don't see any plan to solve the problem.
I would like a response addressing these two issues.
A door to door visit one evening will show you what the residents think of
the plant, I can assure you it would be very eye opening and interesting.
