In reviewing the application for Shoreline Stabilization, the Division has the following questions:
1. Is this a complete redo of the wall or is it maintenance of the existing wall — replacing sections as needed?
Impacts above water say 200 feet, is this for additional wall? What is the impact for below water?
2. Please send pictures of the current wall and buffer area.
3. Please complete a plan view and side view of impacts. See attached form.
4. Please complete the Catawba Notification Form.
Please provide the information requested below within 30 days of this email. The Division will consider the application
to be "on hold" until receipt of a complete response.
