Sorry, that was a hold over from the original application that only included one parcel. The impact area would have been below 1-acre in that instance. Since an additional parcel was added, the area is now greater than 1-acre and the engineer of record is working through the stormwater approval process with the following: (1) Town of Wingate, NC; (2) Union County, NC; and (3) NCDENR. It is my understanding that the stormwater plans have been submitted (or will be shortly) to all three entities. I have attached a copy of the stormwater plans for your review. Hi Amie: My apologies for not including all of the required information... The same package was also submitted to the US Army Corps of Engineers with the same issue . I crafted a response and forwarded it to the Corps Project Manager (Krysta Stygar), but I did not copy the response to NCDWR because I did not know who the project manager was. I will forward that email {dated August 9, 2023 to Krysta Stygar-USACE], which contains both, and an explanation of what happened, and a revised package that contains all of the information you are requesting.
