I am an attorney in Iredell County. I have been retained by John and Arnie McClelland related to this NOV at 201 Keats
Road, Mooresville, NC. I believe that they have a 30 day deadline fast approaching. I would like to know if we can extend
that deadline by 30-days so that I can familiarize myself with this situation. Can you agree to that extension?
Also, I would like to set up a time to speak with you about these violations and possibilities of remedies. Is there a time
in the next few days that you would have availability for a phone call?
