Hey Brittany,
I misspoke,we did complete the Name/Ownership form (see attached). It was submitted on 6/1/2023. 1 went ahead and
submitted it today via the portal as well.
The transaction to sell the property occurred over a year ago so I am unsure if there is anyone that could sign the
rescission form. I provided it to Armtec but is there anyway to process the transaction if this form cannot be completed?

Raleigh NC 27699-1612 ?
When a facility's ownership changes,we would prefer you to submit a Name/Ownership Change form where you take
over ownership of NCG030502.
If industrial activities are different than the previous owners'then new NCG03 coverage would be needed, but we
cannot rescind NCG030502 coverage without the previous owner sending in a rescission request.
Please review the name/ownership change form and if it applies, move forward with that.

This location was previously owned by Saab,who was covered under permit number NCG030502.
Armtec submitted a NOI for a permit in their name since they are now the owners of the facility and haven't heard any
response.

Why is this information needed?
Regulations in 40 CFR§122.63 allow for minor modifications to NPDES permits for a change of
ownership or operational control of a facility, provided that information supports that no other change
in the permit are necessary.
Why does this form need to be mailed in?
Permittees and applicants must fulfill signatory requirements in the NPDES federal
regulations in 40 CFR §122.22 (please see those regulations for guidance). Until NCDEQ's
electronic submission process meets Cross-Media Electronic Reporting (CROMERR)
requirements, this original signed (not digital signature) form must be mailed to the
address below. The uploaded copy is stored as part of the permit record in the Division's
digital repository.
