I have reviewed the information sent to me on the Memorial Park Enhancement Project, which
proposes to culvert 140 feet and enhance another 480 feet of an unnamed tributary to the Yadkin
River. The project should not affect trout and activities do not need to be avoided during the trout
spawning moratorium.
