Director Division of Water Quality A review -of Castle Bay WWTF's monitoring report for September 2004 showed the following violations: Parameter Date Measuring Frequency Violation pH 9/2004 Monthly Parameter missing This parameter has been missing from numerous Non -Discharge Monitoring Reports (NDMR) since the Castle Bay facility began operating. Remedial actions should be taken to correct this problem. The Division of Water Quality may pursue enforcement action for this and any additional violations of State law. To prevent further action, carefully review these violations and deficiencies and respond in writing to this office within 30 working day of receipt of this letter. You should address the causes of noncompliance and all actions taken to prevent the recurrence of similar situations.
