This letter is in response to the inspection performed by Ron Boone on February 10, 2016.1 have
spoken to Daryl Cain who isthe President of the Homeowner's Association about getting the violations --
taken care of. I have given them prices for the repairs and was notified by Daryl that he would these
items taken care of within 60 days. I personally ordered the sampler because I feel that needs replacing
the quickest. I would like to thank Ron Boone forhis courteous inspection and for bringing these items
to our attention so they can be fixed. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me.
