Subject:Approval of Additional Flow Allocation for the PWC Cross Creek Water Reclamation
Facility
Dear Mr. Allen:
In accordance with your request received on September 5, 2023 for the additional allocation of
flow for the Cross Creek WRF, we are forwarding herewith approval of 50,000 additional gallons
for the 2023 calendar year. This will bring PWC's total 2023 allocation to 200,000 gallons for the
Cross Creek WRF.
We ask that the monthly spreadsheet indicating the permit number, project name, amount of
flow permitted, remaining allocation, where the flow will be treated, and the cumulative flow
allocated from each plant continue to be submitted to Trent Allen of this office. Additionally,
the quarterly report should continue to be submitted to Mike Montebello with the Municipal
Permitting Unit at 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1617 and copied to this office.
