The Division of Water Resources received your sludge survey information on September 05, 2023.
With the survey results, you requested an extension of the sludge survey requirement for the lagoon
Front at the Edge Nursery #3 Farm facility. Due to the amount of treatment volume available, and
the rate of sludge accumulation for the lagoon, the Division agrees that a sludge survey is not
needed for lagoon Front until December 31, 2027.
The next sludge survey for the lagoon 1 at the Edge Nursery #3 Farm should be performed before
December 31, 2027. Please retain this letter and keep it with your farm records for reference.
