Dear Mr. and Mrs. Spencer:
Division of Water Resources' Central and Regional staff have reviewed the application package
received on April 14, 2023. However, additional information is required before the review may be
completed. Please address the items below no later than the close of business on July 19, 2023.
➢ Condition L1 of Permit No WQ0023999 required the Permittee to submit an as -built diagram
showing the constructed location of the wastewater treatment units within six months of the
permit issuance (October 19, 2018). To date, the Division has not received the as-builts.
Please work with a certified engineer to ensure the drip irrigation field and treatment/storage
units meet all applicable setback requirements in 15A NCAC 02H .0219(j)(5) - particularly the
50 foot setback to each property line - and submit the measurements.
Please be aware that you are responsible for meeting all requirements set forth in North Carolina
rules and regulations. Any oversights that occurred in the review of the subject application package are
still the Applicant's responsibility. In addition, any omissions made in responding to the outstanding items
in Sections A through , or failure to provide the additional information on or before the above -requested
date may result in your application being returned as incomplete pursuant to 15A NCAC 02T .0107(e)(2).
