All of the information you requested is in the revised application package which is attached (including some additional
information requested by Krysta). By sending you this information, you can include the revised application package in
your files so that all of the correct information is retained in the files. Again, I am sorry for sending out the wrong

Please find our responses below (in red). I must apologize, in our initial submittal, I put a package together to submit
from an earlier version of the project that only contained one parcel. The client added a parcel not long before we were
to submit and in a rush to get the PCN package out, I combined the wrong PDFs and included an earlier version of both
the permit package and the JD package. Since the project changed, I had created a new submittal file with the updated
information and completed all sections. The earlier version that I originally submitted, never was completed which is
why there were no responses to the items you pointed out. I apologize for submitting the wrong documents. This was
an avoidable error because I should have checked the package to make sure everything was right before I hit the send
button, and I did not do that in this case. Please forgive my error. I believe that the revised package that I am
submitting in this email contains all of the requested information. If not, please let me know and I will get the
information back to you as soon as possible.
Again, please forgive my error and let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

My apologies, I inadvertently created the final submittal package from an earlier application and graphics package
that only contained the smaller 1-acre parcel. During the preparation of the submittal package, a second parcel was
added and I needed to redo the package to reflect the change. In a rush to get the project submitted, I constructed

the application package from the older material. Again, I apologize. I have included the correct package and will also
forward the revised package to NCDWR for their review. All of the requested information should be in the revised
package that is attached.
• Please provide answers to the application questions, such as, 4h. "purpose of the proposed project" , Section E.
" 1a, and 1b = avoidance and minimization measures" section 2 " 2a. 2b compensatory mitigation " section 8, '
flood zone designation"
Again, as mentioned above, this information is included in the correct application package that is attached. It should
be noted that the Section 2 Mitigation; 2a and 2b do not contain any responses because we are not proposing
compensatory mitigation based on the fact that the proposed wetland impact is below the 0.1-acre mitigation
threshold.
• Please provide any photo documentation you have from the site.
Attached, please find a photo location diagram (Sheet 7) and 1 photoplate containing 4 photos of the site.
