I am aware of the issue that Kelly brought to my attention. At this point, I believe that if you updated the CMRA form for
DMS to include the amount that Restoration Systems (RS) had, we should be good. Note that DMS provided and "up to"
amount SOA for situations like this. I've attached the DMS and the Restoration Systems CMRA forms, and the email to
and response from IRS.

Also note that I/we always include the "inside falls" in our request, so this was not intentional by any means.

Happy Friday! Here is another project that didn't have the buffer mitigation after the approval was issued. Wildlands
had the 34,755 buffer credits but RES didn't have the other 96,132 credits. So we had to go back to all of the banks and
get the buffer credits where we could. Summary below and attached SOA's:
1) Wildlands added 20,441.91 to the 34,755 with a total of 55,196.91 coming from Wildlands
2) RES has 4,854.324
3) IRS has 40,184.10
4) NCDWR will cover the remaining, and she wrote the letter as an "up to" just in case one of the above falls
through. I think that the CMRAF should possibly indicate 30,651.67?
Sorry for the PITA this is, I will only be in the office on Tuesday of next week so if you can get to it by then great. If not,
then please send to Mason Montgomery (and copy me) so that he can send and request mitigation invoices from the
banks next week.
