DESCRIPTION OF DREDGE
The scope of this dredging event is to remove sediment that has
accumulated around the shoreline area of Lake Norman. Work will be
performed from water using a long reach mechanical bucket dredge
that will excavate the spoils and place them directly into hopper barges.
Renegar Construction will unload at 4561 Slanting Bridge Rd, Sherrills
Ford, NC 28673 then all material is taken to their Dredge Spoil Site
located at 6790 Kidville Rd, Denver, NC 28037. Disposal area acreage is
approximately 75 acres.

Nest Homes of the Carolina's LLC dock, will be constructed after Dredge
Excavation constructed involving mechanical removal of approximately
1185.18 cubic yards of sediment will be removed.
Dredge of cut is 40 ft x 100 ft x 8 ft depth when measured at full pond.
