In compliance with the provision of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1, other lawful standards and
regulations promulgated and adopted by the North Carolina Environmental Management Commission, and
the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended,

is hereby authorized to discharge stormwater from a site located at:

to receiving waters designated as Turkey Creek, class C waters in the Yadkin River Basin(s), in
accordance with the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in N.C.
General Permit No. NCG070000, issued on 5/30/2023 and effective on 6/1/2023.
This Certificate of Coverage shall become effective on 6/8/2023.
This Certificate of Coverage shall remain in effect for the duration of the General Permit.

Fees recorded as paid on 6/8/2023, and permit was renewed on that date in our BIMS system.The renewal COC was
inadvertently omitted from the batch renewal because the effective date was different than 6/1. We apologize for the
