On August 28, 2023, the Division issued a Notice of Deficiency (NOD) against Cleveland
Wastewater Treatment Plant. The NOD was based upon Monthly Average violation for Flow for
the month of June 2023. Subsequent to your receipt of the NOD, Mr. John Ritchie (ORC) of the
Cleveland WWTP contacted the Division indicating that there was an error in flow data
recorded for the month of June 2023. The Notice of Deficiency (NOD-2023-LV-0107) for June
2023 DMR for Cleveland WWTP (NC0049867) is withdrawn and the cited violation record of this
violation will be removed from our files.
