To Whom It May Concern,
Located in Mount Pleasant, NC, this project is a proposed church on an undeveloped lot. The PIN # is 5660-96-02018 and it
located at 7801 NC Hwy 73 E. A written agreement between the neighboring properties is being composed to allow
construction onto the neighboring site. The first action item for this project will be to establish the bypass swale and storm
network to divert the runoff that is coming from the East, and divert it around the project site. After this bypass system has
been installed and established, the proper erosion control steps will take place and the site will begin to develop. This
includes adding additional storm, sewer, water, parking lot, and a shared driveway between the project site and the
neighboring site. Once erosion control is completed, the skimmer basin will be converted into a sand filter to treat the storm
runoff. The stormwater runoff will be collected into the proposed storm drainage system, which will then drain into the
proposed sand filter in the North. This sand filter will then drain the treated runoff into the existing stream that lies North of
the site.
