a site inspection was performed on the Blackburn Solar Point of Interconnect project on
August 29, 2023. Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been
established and the permit is closed. No additional self-monitoring or self-inspections are
required. The project is released and coverage under NPDES General Stormwater
Permit for Construction Activities is terminated.
