We believe this was caused by two key factors: 1)heavy algae buildup in the SW
pond from prolonged high temperatures and 2)pH treatment system hit by lightning
and not operating before and when sample taken;see attached Action Plan for more
aggressive treatment of algae; pH system has already been repaired
