Hi Amanda and Andrew:
I have reviewed the information sent to me about the Fairhaven Meadows project, which
proposes to replace 500 ft of existing culvert with upsized culvert on an unnamed tributary
to the Davidson River in Transylvania County.
The project should not impact wild trout and a trout moratorium is not needed for this
project. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to review this project.
