Dave, you were correct. I had left the old impact table from the North Section in the South Section permit package
permit plans. I made the correction to the permit package permit plans and attached the corrected package plus a
separate copy of the correct impact table.

Hi John,
The Impact Summary Sheet in your application plan set (August 16, 2023) appears to be the
same one from your previous application (November 10, 2022) with 20 Sites and 378 linear
feet of impacts. I'm guessing that this was an oversight because the PCN in the current
application describes impacts at 14 Sites for a total of 370 linear feet. If that is the case, please
verify and attach the correct Impact Summary Sheet from the current plan set in response to
this email upon your return from the field. I'll place the correct page of information in the
project file for future reference.
