Good afternoon Amanda and Dave, hope things are continuing to go well for you.
With reference to the inline email concerning the Blue Ridge Parkway South Section Sec. 404 and Sec. 401 permitting, I
submitted the ePCN for the proposed project this morning. I am sending you this email as a "heads -up" that the ePCN
has been submitted and to reach to you asking that you contact me if you have any questions or comments. The
proposed work falls within the limits of what was requested for the North Section that was permitted last year. The
South Section is 20 miles long with 14 culvert sites. The work involves repair of head walls, removal of sediment &
debris, and two of the culverts are being lined. The culverts are not being upgraded or extended. The work will be done
in the "dry" with temporary "pump around" dewatering.

Good morning Amanda and Dave, hope things are going well for you and you and your family are enjoying your summer.
This is just a quick update to let you know with reference to last years permit actions for the Maymead Company's Blue
Ridge Parkway Pavement and Drainage Maintenance project (i.e., north section ) that we are completing field
inspections for the south section of the project this month. Our plan is to submit an ePCN request for temporary
jurisdictional impacts associated with the proposed culvert maintenance work in August, 2023.
Please let me know if you have any have any questions or concerns associated with this project.
