On September 5, 2023, staff from the Mooresville Regional Office of the Division of Water Resources
performed a Compliance Evaluation Inspection for this facility. We wish to thank John Ritchie of JR
Environmental Consulting, Dawson Sheesley of Town of Cleveland, Ray Gambill, and Mike Harper of
BioGreen for their assistance during the inspection.
Please be sure to keep up to date with the ORC's associated with your facility. You may contact

This permit will expire on March 31, 2025. Please submit the permit renewal application 180 days
before the permit expiration date. The MRO has requested The Town of Cleveland consider adding land
for application of the biosolids to the permit. Additional land can be added during the permit renewal
process or it would be a modification handled separately.
