Describe the existing land use or condition of the site at the time of this application.. * The existing sea wall is rotten and deteriorated. It is located on residential property adjacent to our boat dock. We want to repair/refurbish it during the Lake Tillery drawdown using the same existing footprint which is approximately 105 linear feet along the shoreline. Residential, undeveloped, etc. 6.
