Development of the property will impact 4,280 sq.f.t of wetlands. 4i. The site work and fill will be completed first and then the house will be constructed on pilings with parking underneath. A septic tank and pump tank will be installed on the property and wastewater will be pumped off site to a central wastewater system in the Hatteras Colony Subdivision.
