Because of this, he is unable to pay the laboratory for our Monitoring Well samples (Chloride, Fecal Coli, Ammonia, Nitrate, pH, Total Phosphorus, TDS, Water Level) taken in July. All samples were taken in July, and results are just waiting at the lab for payment. We learned about this issue on 8/29/23 and are working diligently to address this with the budget office. We have spoken with Chris Smith in DEQ, who advised that we go ahead and submit what we have and resubmit once we have all of our results. We are submitting this document in place of the GW-59 to advise that we are aware of this issue and will submit the revised GW-59 as soon as we have the data.
