As I discussed with you this afternoon, I am currently working on a revised compensatory mitigation plan for Dave
Knoch. The goal is to formulate a plan that Mr. Knoch is able to do which also meets USACE and DWR requirements. I
hope to have a plan within the next week, but this depends on client budget and participation of conservation groups
that I have reached out to. If necessary, by way of this email, we can put the review on temporary hold. Please let me
know if you need anything else at this time.
