Overall, I think the concept of dry- detention /plunge pool /infiltration device is sound. 2. We will need an O &M agreement, signed by the property owner indicating how the facility will be maintained. Since this device is not designed exactly as one of the stormwater management devices in our Manual, you will need to look at the O &M agreements of some of the related devices, use your knowledge of stormwater treatment and of the area, and develop an O &M agreement for this device. I will be happy to review any draft before you have it signed. 3. You will need to redo the calculations to reflect the change in elevations shown on your July 31" submittal. 4. Please provide on the final plans, specifications that the contractor can use to assure that the conversion from a sediment basin to the post construction stormwater device does not result in a diminution of the infiltration rate of the in -situ soil. Also, please provide information on how the 1.0 " /hr infiltration rate shown in the calculations was obtained. 5. We will need 3 paper copies of the full -sized plans (and an electronic version of all documents) in order to perform the official review for the 401 certification. Call me if you have questions. Boyd
