I am reaching out from Molded Fiber Glass in Morganton NC. I have provided information below regarding our facility's
Stormwater Certificate of Coverage. I have been able to confirm, using the DEQwebpage, that MFG does not currently
owe any payments. How can I go about receiving a copy of our renewed COC? Please let me know what you might need
to service our request and I will be happy to participate.

Additionally, I would like to update our facility's Contacts. G. Propst has left the company, you may feel free to remove
him from your email list. Daniel Langer(myself) is the current HSE contact for the facility listed below and N. Stepanek
(whom is copied on this email) remains the Plant Manager and should stay privy to correspondence as you all see fit.
