H 9 QT Project Cover Letter Sewer Improvements to serve Seventh Avenue, Raeford, North Carolina The new 8" gravity sewer mains to serve the Sewer Improvements to serve Seventh Avenue Project will connect to an existing Town of Raeford 8" Gravity Sewer manhole located along Seventh Avenue. The new 8" gravity sewer main will cross Seventh Street and extend 669 If with 3 new 4' dia. Manholes. The Sewer Improvements to serve Seventh Avenue will serve 6 single family home sites to be subdivided along Seventh Street @ 360 gpd/home for a total proposed flow of 2,160 gpd. Downstream Sewer Evaluation The existing 8" gravity main located at the intersection of Eighth Avenue and Johnson Street has the capacity to carry the additional proposed sewer flow with additional capacity to spare.
