S &EC believes that the only jurisdictional features located on -site are the main channel along the northern property line. Feature B is not believed to be J urisdictional, but the US Andy Corps of Engineers will need to verify this. The feature has been confirmed by the NC Division of Water Quality that it is not subject to the Neuse Riparian Buffers. Scope of Work The wetland delineation consisted of traversing the property in search of areas that meet the criteria for jurisdictional wetlands as described by the procedures set forth in the Corns of Engineers Wetlands Delineation Manual (January 1987 — Final Renort) and published supplements. Areas were evaluated, for indicators of hydric soils, evidence of wetland hydrology, and presence of hydrophytie vegetation. Only lecture A is believed to be jurisdictional. Feature B is an ephemeral drainage. The limit of the wetland delineation was the sewer easement along the southside of the creek (Feature A). S &EC's stream buffer evaluation consisted of examining the site as illustrated on the most recent version of the US Geological survey's 7.5 Minute Quadrangle and NRCS county soil survey to detennine if streams are depicted on either map. Feature A and B are located on the soil survey map. On May 2, 2013 S &EC met with Mr. Martin Richmond of the NCDWQ to confirm the buffers.
