Please see the attached response to your permit non-compliance letter. I think it would be beneficial to have a site
meeting with you, the permittee's representative, the contractor and WithersRavenel staff to go over the proposed
restoration efforts so that we are all on the same page. Just let us know what works with your schedule.

We are working with Mungo (the permittee) to address the items noted in your Permit Non -Compliance Notice (PNP)
sent in your email below on 3/2/2023. I'm actively working on the formal response and resolution plan. We still need to
conduct a site visit to review the other authorized impact areas and document the status and conditions as you
requested.
The PNP specified 30-day response period which end on 3/31/23. We are actively working on the response and are
requesting a 30-day extension to the response period, with our response/resolution plan being submitted no later than
4/28/23. Please let us know if the extension request is acceptable.
